Capaia 2021:

Tasting Notes

Ruby brick. Cassis and dried fruit on the blackberry nose. Plum and prune on the nose with dried fruit and leather following from the nose. Grippy and lengthy on the chocolaty finish. Made to age. This powerful wine match well with substantial dishes, like braised short ribs, grilled steak and roast venison.

Capaia Sauvignon Blanc 2023:

Tasting Notes

Capsicum and green peas on the nose. Fragrant and full palate with canned peas and litchi following on the lengthy aftertaste.

Capaia Cabernet Sauvignon 2019:

Tasting Notes

This wine displays aromas of sweet red cherries and cranberries. The palate is rich in texture with flavours of ripe berries and herbs.
